Omgosh this studio is so fun and has 3 levels of yoga for all types of people!! I’ve taken 2 classes with Hayley and 1 with Glen and so far I’ve had no bad experiences!! They make you feel so welcome and the community is awesome!!

Did a power burn with haley. Accidentally as my first class but I loved it, there was a good playlist and just as great modifications for exercise. Will come back soon

Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP is one of a kind! The vibes are amazing: great music and even better humans. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and friendly!!!!
