Orchid Garden Spa

I never write reviews but this place was HORRIBLE there were bugs everywhere crawling in the UV light and on my hands. The color I picked was completely different from what she gave me and I asked her three times during the first coat so she wouldn’t have to redo anything and she insisted it would look better after more coats (it did not). I told her it was not the same at the end too and she said “the polish is old that’s why it looks different.” Then she yelled at me for not tipping enough after the whole ordeal.

Wow, the people here are Soo rude!

I’ve been a loyal customer for two years, but am coming to terms that the quality and service has deteriorated here. My biggest issue is that the quality of the services is so poor relative to the prices they charge. A lot of the new technicians don’t seem to have much experience or training. I paid $90 (excluding tip) for a spa gel pedicure that was really not too different from a regular gel pedicure.
