Luxury Eyesight

Made an appointment almost 10 days in advance. They booked it in their system for the wrong time. I showed up at the agreed time and was told my appointment was cancelled. Totally dismissive of me upon arrival. I was set to spend thousands there on several pair of high end prescription glasses and a couple pairs of expensive sun glasses. Go to DVision. Not this place. Or any other place.

Update 2026: George was able to repair my previous two frames and replace the lenses to a new prescription. I added a transition lens to my optical collection. George nailed the quiet luxury and architectural appeal. He was a tremendous help selecting frames with knowledge about styles and appropriate frames regarding different face shapes. I have 3 pairs from Luxury Eyesight and I'm sure that my next pair will come from there as well. 2023: Great collection and great staff support. They were personable and efficient at identifying my needs and specifications.

I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. I was wary of buying designer eyeglasses online, but Daisy soon put me at ease. She communicated thoroughly and quickly. The shipping is quick. The glasses were handled and boxed nicely. I will be back!
