James has set up an amazing environment for not only his patients/clients but for the members of his Jiu-jitsu & Grappling program as well. I feel really lucky for getting a chance to join such a positive and friendly environment. And the recent upgrade he has done to the place looks awesome - you can tell he really cares about his clinic and gym! Thank you!!

Great instructors who emphasize fundamentals and proper technique. Beginner friendly, making it a great place for anyone starting their jiu-jitsu journey. The welcoming environment and positive vibes are a huge bonus

I had the privilege of attending one of Lu Strength’s BJJ programs. Not only was it an extremely welcoming community, but things were well and clearly explained, even as a beginner. It’s also a huge bonus to have the health and fitness facility at your disposal! I would definitely recommend their program if you’re training or thinking of getting started in BJJ, and of course for their sports therapy.
