I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Rufina Yakubov. I came in with a hearing loss concern and she assisted me through the entire process. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The office is beautiful and clean. In addition, front desk receptionist Alyssa is wonderful & kind. Overall, a great experience.
I purchased my hearing aids from Fifth Avenue Hearing about a year ago, and my experience has been outstanding. Even though I only need to come in about once a year, I always feel well cared for and supported. Rufina Yakubov is an exceptional audiologist in Manhattan. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me adjust to my hearing aids, and was incredibly patient throughout the process. Her expertise and attention to detail made a huge difference in my hearing and overall quality of life.
