This was my first experience with physical therapy, and I’m so glad I found 180 Degree Rehab and Thomas. I was able to get an appointment quickly after dealing with a knee injury and severe pain for a long time. Thomas is an excellent physical therapist who took the time to clearly explain my injury, treatment plan, and recovery process while answering all of my questions. After just a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement. He genuinely cares about his patients and their recovery. I highly recommend Thomas and 180 Degree Rehab, I truly feel like I’ve found my PT for life!

Thomas is professional, courteous, and accommodating in a world when most medical offices are mostly none of the above. He is conscientious when pinpointing the source of problems and demonstrating exercises to help. While his massage and manipulation is careful and effective, instead of creating dependency on therapy, Thomas focuses on enabling patients with instruction on exercises where they can help themselves. He makes time and is willing to work around a person's work schedules as well.
