The Flower Cart is a family owned Baltimore florist & plant shop located in Baltimore City, Maryland. The Flower Cart was founded in 1961 by Fred & Joy Koletar. It is now owned by Mike & Kerry Koletar. We have served the Baltimore area with our flagship location on Harford Road, as well as the over 30 years located within The Johns Hopkins Hospital. The Flower Cart imports flowers from all over the world, but we are especially proud of our relationship with local flower farms in the Baltimore area and specialize in locally grown product when the season allows. We deliver to all Baltimore City neighborhoods as well as the surrounding counties. We are dedicated to creating beautiful designs and well as happy customers.
